At Glamcove, we are committed to providing high-quality items and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your confidence in our products.
Returns Accepted for 30 Days
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving your item. Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. There is no restocking fee, and no final sale items are eligible for return.
- Requesting a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@glamcove.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, it’s fastest to initiate a return for the current item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without a reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
